How fast can you get here?
For active leaks in our core service area (Morris, Passaic, and western Bergen County) we typically arrive the same day, often within hours. Call — do not fill out a form — for emergencies.
Do you charge just to come out and look?
No. The emergency assessment is free, like all our inspections. If tarping or repair work is needed, we tell you the price before we start — you approve it, then we do it.
Will my homeowners insurance cover the damage?
Sudden storm damage — wind, hail, fallen trees and limbs — is usually covered; gradual wear and tear usually is not. We photo-document everything on the first visit so your claim has the evidence it needs, but the final decision always rests with your insurer.
What should I do while I wait for you?
Contain the water: buckets under drips, towels on floors, move furniture and electronics clear. If ceiling paint is bulging with water, a small hole to drain it into a bucket prevents a bigger collapse. Do not go on the roof — wet shingles are dangerous even for professionals.
