Really free, no catch and no obligation. We photograph what we find, tell you honestly whether it needs a repair, a replacement, or nothing at all, and give you a firm written price if work is warranted. If your roof has five good years left, that is exactly what we will say.
When should I get my roof inspected?
After any major storm, before buying or selling a home, and once the roof passes 15 years old. In North Jersey, a fall inspection is the smart timing — it catches problems before ice dams and nor’easters test them.
